Terms and Conditions

All Online Purchase Orders will be shipped to the designated ProSkate store location provided in the order approximately 3-4 weeks upon order receipt. SkateTech Group of Companies, parent company of ProSkate, will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to shortages of material, labor strike, transportation failures and/or inclement weather.


SkateTech GOC objective is to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase(s) via the online store. For approved returns we are happy to refund the cost of the product. We are unable to refund original shipping or return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error and/or special consideration has been provided in writing.


Please note SkateTech GOC cannot accept returns on liquidated, specials, and/or clearance items. Products that have been customized or otherwise altered at the request of a customer during the ordering process are not eligible for return unless we are responsible for the error. In all cases, apart from altered or customized product, our standard for accepting returned product is that it must be resalable. Decorated products (i.e. embroidery, silk screening, embossing, etc.) can only be returned due to original manufacturing defect in the product or if the product is damaged during shipping. All apparel offered through the online store has a sizing chart attached and colour availability. During the ordering process please check the sizing charts to ensure that the item(s) you have ordered are the correct sizes prior to completing your order (size chart tolerance is +/- one inch). SkateTech GOC will not accept returns based on incorrect sizing or colour – no exceptions.


Products may only be returned that have been authorized by the Director of Business Development. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Form via email within 5 days of delivery to obtain a full credit.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted – no exceptions.


Once you have been provided with a RMA Form, please ship or drop off the product back with the RMA Form clearly displayed on the exterior of the package within 48 hours of the receipt of the RMA Form, prepaid in the original packaging along with the bill of sale or a copy of the invoice and the completed RMA Form to:

Within 5 days of receipt of the product by SkateTech GOC we will advise you via email or by telephone that the product has been received, it has been inspected and accepted (or declined) for credit or exchange by SkateTech GOC, and the appropriate account has been credited or an exchange product has been shipped to you. Please note, although credits are issued immediately upon acceptance of returned items at our facility, it may take up to 2 billing cycles before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
